This is not a regular frame, more of an insert, it's constructed from the remainders of a double bladed chop saw (the middle bit). The center hole has no lip, only straight sided. The frame can be put into a board, box, cabinet etc so the outside edges lay on top of surface. See 2nd photo.
 
Gold and a bronzy brown, don't like the color? paint over it.
Outside measures 5-1/4 x 5-1/4 x 1" deep (approx. a 1/2" will be above surface.
Center Inside 3/4 x 3/4" 
Should fit into a 4-7/8 x 4-7/8" opening.
 You'll need to touch up if needed.
